As we continue to grow, Weed Man offers various part-time and full-time employment opportunities. We are currently looking for our next great Outbound Sales Representative (Remote) to join our successful call-center team.

As an Outbound Sales Representative (Remote), you will carry out duties such as:

• Call potential clients to educate them on our various lawn care services and programs. Enroll these clients in a program that will both benefit their lawn and meet their needs.
• Call existing clients to renew their service or up-sell an added service to their current program
• Meet or exceed the quota per calling list requirement
• Enter order information into client database
• Follow up with leads attained from our website and Door-to-Door Representatives

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:

• Able to work remote (Work from home)
• Personal computer on Ethernet (not Wi-Fi) with capability to run cloud-based programs/Zoom
• Minimum 1-year experience in outbound cold-calling
• Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple web pages
• Strong sales, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Hourly/Commission-based, Seasonal

Salary: $18.00 per hour + commission, commission only
